Jivara is the first milk chocolate to offer a remarkably intense flavour profile with real cocoa bite. Jivara is a blend of two aromatic profiles found in classic Ecuadorian and Ghanaian cocoas. The same unique blend has been used since 1995, having been developed by Valrhona with real skill and expertise.

Valrhona Milk Chocolate Couverture Jivara 40% is suitable for coating, ganache, moulding, bar, mousse, glaze, ice cream and sorbets. It pairs well with flavours such as red fruits, yellow fruits, pralines, tonka beans and salted caramel.
