Launched in 2012 by Valrhona, Dulcey was inspired by a happy accident that created a chocolate with a delicate aroma of toasted shortbread and caramelized milk. This chocolate has a delicious taste, not too sweet, with intense biscuits flavours and a pinch of salt.

Valrhona Blond Chocolate Couverture Dulcey is suitable for ganache, mousse, ice cream and moulding. It pairs well with apricot, banana, hazelnut, mango, coffee and caramel.
