Sweetened Pistachio Paste

Obtained by grinding of roasted pistachios, Sweetened Pistachio Paste is made with 100% natural ingredients.

This nut paste has been sweetened and coloured for an extra rich indulgent and sweet pistachio flavour and to obtain a vibrant green colour that will make any dessert creation stand out.

Sweetened Pistachio Paste is ideal for making rich ice creams as well as cake and pastry fillings. This product is an absolute staple for pastry chefs, ice cream makers and confectionaries. 

Chef’s tip: The recommended amount is 12% for dairy products. Do not use pure at temperatures above 40°C.
