Bourbon Vanilla Paste

Bourbon Vanilla Paste is made from ground Planifolia Bourbon vanilla pods, invert sugar, water and tragacanth, a natural thickening agent. This premium vanilla is cultivated in North Madagascar. It has a strong and fragrant vanilla smell with fruity undertones.

The addition of seeds will also provide a pleasant appearance to your dessert creations.

This paste has an intense fruity and aromatic flavour that can be both the stand out flavour in applications or compliment other flavour nicely.

The Concentrated Paste is ideal for ice-cream application as well as mousses and panacotta.

Suitable for hot and cold applications.
