Inulin Cold is of 100% natural origin and has a gentle sweet flavour. Inulin Cold has a high level of texturizing properties, giving it a fatty sensation in the mouth.

Inulin Cold is used as a partial fat and sugar substitute in meringue, pastries, creams, ice creams and more.

Dosage: 50-100 g/L.

Chef's tip: Add to a liquid in hot or cold. Once added to the liquid, leave the mixture at 5 °C for 2 hours until fully hydrated. Subsequently, it can be frozen without losing any of its properties

This product comes in a sealed tub to ensure freshness in every use. Keep in a cool, dry place.
