The sour cherries, also known as Lutowka cherries, are carefully selected and pitted before IQF freezing based on their variety and origin to guarantee their flavour and stability when thawing. They are sorted by Fruit Rouges & Co and their farmers to make sure they are the highest quality possible, checking them for their size, colour and ripeness.

Frozen Sour Cherries make it possible to have access to premium seasonal fruits all year round. Frozen Sour Cherries are jam-quality but are also ideal for adding to pies, pastry fillings, desserts and ice creams.
