Vegetal Gelling Agent is a transparent gelling similar to agar agar agent that allows you to make elastic gelatines. (Stock Item)

Made from the 100% natural ingredients, carrageenan and locust bean gum, Vegetal Gelling Agent can be mixed with any liquid.

Can use in all types of liquids with a water content of 80% or more.

Vegetal Gelling Agent is similar to agar-agar but with a more elastic, less deformable texture and less sweet.

Chef's tips; For best results, mix the product with liquids whilst heating.

Vegetal Gelling Agent cannot be reheated or frozen.
