JNPR's ethos is to have a drink that is better suited for modern life, that can provide the same feelings as alcohol, without any other consequences.

JNPR No. 2 is a non-alcoholic spirit made with ginger, green cardamom, allspice and chili pepper for a spicy and refreshing taste.

HOW JNPR IS MADE ?

• Double distillation in small batches using copper pot stills 

• High quantities of spices for complex aromatic compounds 

• Distillation of the spices without using alcohol = 0,0% ABV

For JNPR, all based on Juniper berries & up to x4-5 the amount of spices in traditional alcoholic Gins, as flavours need to be extracted without the help of the alcohol. 

The distillation takes longer in order to extract all the essence from the spices and so to obtain the closest complexity and sensation as an alcoholic version.
