Using Sicilian Mandarin's the Fresh 100% Mandarin Puree optimises the natural sunny climate and volcanic surroundings to create flavourful fruit.
With a bright pale orange colour and slight bitterness the Fresh 100% Mandarin Puree fruit is selected in February, March and April only.
Pairs well with pear, mango, dark chocolate.
