Fresh Guava Puree

Pink guava is a particularly fragile fruit and only the ripest go into Ponthier's Fresh Guava Puree, giving a delicious sweet flavour with a dark salmon pink colour. Sweetened with 10% sugar, this product had a great length of flavour, very smooth texture and sweet, gently floral taste.

Frozen Guava Puree uses tree ripened fruit selected from the optimal growing regions Madagascar and South Africa, harvested between January and June.
