A Commitment to Transparency and Impact: Our 2024 Interim Sustainability Impact

Our second interim sustainability impact report highlights our progress toward sustainability by incorporating values and actions that align with the principles of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical business practices. The sustainability impact report provides a snapshot of the initiatives we’ve undertaken, viewed through a B Corp lens. It highlights our dedication across key areas, including:

  • Governance – Strengthening ethical business practices
  • Workers – Enhancing employee well-being and engagement
  • Community – Supporting our industry and giving back
  • Environment – Investing in renewables and reducing our footprint
  • Customers – Maintaining excellence in quality and service

 Key milestones this year: 

  1. 12% growth in turnover, despite pausing new customer onboarding to improve service
  2. 30% of our new building’s roof now covered in solar panels
  3. 36,000 meals donated to food charities, valued at £53,250 in social impact.
  4. Launch of our Taste Lab, a new training facility for clients and staff.
  5. The Health Cash Plan was introduced for all employees to enhance their well-being.

 While we’re proud of our progress, we recognize there’s always more to do. We remain committed to refining our strategy, strengthening our B Corp commitments, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and impact.
