Meet Our Partner: Julienne Bruno, a plant based brand

In 2022, we partnered with a new and exciting plant based brand, Julienne Bruno. With the demand for plant based options increasing, at Classic Fine Foods, we wanted to offer you a complete range of premium vegan products that will satisfy your customer’s dietary requirements.

Run by chefs, Julienne Bruno is focused on combining gastronomy and innovation to create delicious new plant based dairy products.

Based in London, Julienne Bruno was set up by a group of passionate chefs, devoted to creating delicious everyday products from humble plant-based ingredients. The company is now at the forefront on plant-based gastronomy, bringing together innovative techniques and simple, natural ingredients to show how exciting plant-based products can be.

The name ‘Julienne Bruno’ comes from two types of culinary knife cuts for vegetables- julienne and brunoise. This name reflects the core values of the company; gastronomy and plant based.

Julienne Bruno are focused on quality and taste. Their products are designed to be a first choice cheese for vegan and non-vegan consumers, rather than an alternative.

All their cheeses are made with natural ingredients such as soya milk, which is naturally high in protein and organic coconut oil. The end result is a natural and unique product that does not try to imitate dairy cheese but has its own distinctive flavour and texture.

Julienne Bruno has impressed us and many of our customers at Classic Fine Foods. You will find their products in many incredible restaurants in including Circolo Popolare, Sushi Samba and even Harrods tea room. 

It is not just us who agree Julienne Bruno is the best vegan cheese on the market! Their Plant Based Burrella won best product in the dairy free cheese and spread category at the quality food awards 2020.

So what products do Julienne Bruno offer?

Plant Based Burrella - Julienne Bruno’s answer to vegan burrata! Super firm on the outside and creamy on the inside, the Burrella is perfect for paring with salads, focaccia or on top of pasta dishes.

Plant Based Superstraccia- A delicious vegan alternative to Italian stracciatella. A versatile and creamy dairy-free cheese that melts in the mouth. Ideal for topping pizzas, salads and roasted vegetables.

Plant Based Crematta- With a light and creamy texture, it is a perfect example of a plant based cream cheese spread. Ideal for both sweet and savoury dishes, from cheesecakes and pastry fillings to pasta sauces and sandwiches.
