To celebrate it, we hosted an event at the Grand Hotel in Birmingham to showcase some of our top brands.
It was a fantastic day in which we met in person our customers in the area, and they had the opportunity to learn and taste all the premium products that were showcased by our partners and team.
After the opening of two delivery hubs in Manchester and Bristol last year, a milestone that let us achieve our well desired goal to expand in the North and South West areas, we continue our expansion in the Midlands with the creation of a new dedicated team with the best professionals.
This is part of our plan to cover all the areas in the UK and provide our superior service to the best restaurants in the country. With the new hubs we are able to run our own vans and be fully operational to provide our premium supply services to our outside london customers 5 days a week.
In addition, all chefs will have access to an expanding basket of produce that we could no offer before, including premium pastry ingredients, fine meat and poultry, fresh fruit and vegetables and many other fine food ingredients like caviar and kitchen staples.
These include the best brands from key industry producers with whom we have a long relationship such as Valrhona chocolates, Bridor viennoiseries, Ponthier fruit purées, Sosa technical pastry ingredients, Isigny dairy products, Sturia fine caviar, PCB Creation, The Classic Butcher world-class beef and meats, Classic Harvest selected produce and our new collection of vegan and plant-based category.
With a dedicated Account Manager all our customers are now well looked-after with a personalised attention making sure they get their needs covered with the service that they demand.
