On a year of uncertainty the hospitality sector have been affected by strong restrictions. Fortunately, it looks like we are all seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s great to know that all our favourite restaurants and hotels are operating on a nearly normal basis.
At Classic Fine Foods all our teams are back into action and, more than ever, we are giving our support and service to all our customers across the country.
With the opening of the new hubs, we will be able to have our own vans in the areas and be fully operational to provide our premium services to our outside London customers 5 days a week.
In addition, all chefs will have access to an expanding basket of produce that we could no offer before, including premium pastry ingredients, fine meat and poultry, fresh fruit and vegetables and many other fine food ingredients like caviar and kitchen staples.
These include the best brands from key industry producers with whom we have a long relationship such as Valrhona chocolates, Bridor viennoiseries, Ponthier fruit purées, Sosa technical pastry ingredients, Isigny dairy products, Sturia fine caviar, PCB Creation, The Classic Butcher world-class beef and meats and Classic Harvest selected produce.
This is a very exciting achievement for us, as we're expanding our service and support to hundreds of new fine dining establishments and customers accross the UK with a dedicated Account Manager who will look after all of them with a personalised attention.
