At Classic Fine Foods we recently hosted the Wagyu, Wine and Whiskey Day, an spectacular event showcasing some of the world's finest meats.
The event featured an exquisite selection of Wagyu beef, paired with a selection of fine wines and whiskies. This event was a unique opportunity for our customers and chefs in London to experience some of the best meats around the world and indulge in a luxurious evening of food and drink.
Wagyu beef is renowned for its marbling and tenderness, making it one of the most highly sought-after meats in the world. This meat is a delicacy and is often referred to as "the caviar of beef".
The event at Classic Fine Foods showcased some of the finest Wagyu beef from Japan and Australia including our brands Westholme, Akune and 2GR; in addition, it also included other meats like West Country Beef, 1953 Braziliam Beef and Casa Vercelli Veal.
The event was also an opportunity to showcase some of the finest wines and whiskies carefully selected by our Beverage Category Manager Jerome to complement the rich flavours of the meats. The Beverage category will be launched soon at Classic Fine Foods.
All the meats were expertly prepared and cooked by our Butcher Richard Sanders, highlighting the rich and succulent flavours of every variety from our premium brands.
Throughout the evening, the guests were able to interact with our team and learn everything about the products they enjoyed. This added a personal touch to the event and made it a truly memorable experience for everyone involved.
