Silver & Green came to life when the founders decided the time had come to turn a family passion for food and the Mediterranean into a family business.

The company sources their produce directly from their trusted partners in Greece, Italy, Spain and North Africa, who have years of experience harvesting olives and other vegetables. Once they arrive in the UK, they first desalinate the olives before marinating to their special recipes. Silver & Green favours using traditional and authentic ways of making their delicacies, using simple and natural ingredients to make their products taste amazing.

Their philosophy from the beginning has been to place a strong emphasis on their expertise and the quality of their products. With nine Great Taste Awards, it is fair to say that any gourmand would agree!
