Dingley Dell Pork
Dingley Dell Pork is a family farming business based on the East Coast of Suffolk. They produce superb, higher marbled welfare-friendly pork with provenance outdoors from their unique Red Duroc-based herd.
Run by third-generation farmers and brothers, Mark and Paul Hayward, the farm has a deep love and respect for the countryside and agriculture. The two brothers started the brand 15 years ago with the philosophy of animal welfare, taste and sustainability and these remain the pillars and foundations of what they do today.
The Dingley Dell Pork team believe it is the human-animal relationship that defines welfare and that working with animals is a privilege. This is what they cultivate at farm level.
Their unique Red Duroc breeding programme for higher marbling, whereby they scan the live animals, ensures that with each generation they are continually improving both taste and flavour of the meat.
