Eurovanille

For 25 years, French-based Eurovanille has been selecting the best varieties of vanilla from around the world and processing them in ways for the industry to get the best products available. It was the first company in France to specialise in natural vanilla and now represents 7% of the worldwide vanilla production.

As part of the SVI (Sustainable Vanilla Initiative), Eurovanille confirms its commitment to professionalise the supply of vanilla to advance traceability and labour law in the industry that will benefit all partners in their supply chain and help them offer their customers ever-increasing satisfaction. 

As one of the world's most popular and recognisable flavours, Eurovanille has innovated the cultivation of natural vanilla not only into pods but also into powders, natural extracts and concentrates. It has established a transformation plant in France to produce extracts and pastes with an in-house R&D service to design new production formulations. The company uses a variety of vanilla pods, covering different vanilla origins, species and aromatic profiles.
