The company has produced and aged sherry wines for 200 years. In that time, they have won several awards, most recently a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge.
Their Sherries are bottled in small batches to ensure their high quality. The natural method of allowing alcohol to turn into acetic acid by the bacteria found in wine produces perfectly acidic sherry vinegar.
