Rosso Di Mazara is a world-renowned specialist in Gambero Rosso, a wild red shrimp that is only found in the Mediterranean Sea, making the company particularly rare and desirable.

Rosso Di Mazara was formed in 2013 by two brothers. As second-generation fishermen, their knowledge and passion for fishing enable them to select the best quality shrimp for their customers.

Deep-freezing on-board technology affords an outstanding conservation of the organoleptic properties of the prawns as well as their colour, texture and odour. Their prawns are not treated with sulphates, which can sometimes result in allergic reactions.
