In its most natural form, Bordier Unsalted Butter is an all-purpose butter that is perfect for both sweet and savoury recipes. Whether it is used as the base of a caramel sauce or to finish a fillet mignon, it is the perfect butter.

Bordier Unsalted butter is so good because of the unique method of churning. Le Beurre Bordier is the last artisan butter maker in France to still use a traditional wooden teak paddles known as the Malaxeur to knead the butter slowly. This can last for up to half an hour depending on the season. The result is a butter with depth of flavour and a wonderful silky texture.
Chef's tip for Bordier Unsalted Butter: It is best to combine the butter and other ingredients using a fork in a stainless mixing bowl.
