Plant-based Egg White is made from plant-based proteins and a few other ingredients to ensure it stays as natural and nutritious as it can. It is vegan, allergen-free and high in protein and fibre.
Replaces egg whites in sweet and savoury recipes: mousses, meringues, biscuits (dacquoise, financiers, macarons), confectionery (nougats) and cocktails.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- 1 egg white= 3g of Egg White Powder+ 27g of Water
- Combine the water and powder with a hand blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Use the same amount of rehydrated YUMGO White as egg whites in recipes.
- Foaming : Use the maximum power of a pastry robot to foam YUMGO White.
- The mix of YUMGO White and YUMGO Yolk does not replace whole eggs.
