Bordier is one of the finest artisanal butter and cheese producing companies in France. They create premium quality dairy products by sourcing the best organic milk from Brittany and Normandy and using traditional methods of production.
Cantal AOP is an AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) cheese and one of the oldest cheeses in France. It is semi-firm and a little crumbly in consistency with a subtle but complex flavour with hints of nuts, butter and citrus with a lasting aftertaste.
