Taggiasca Olive Pulp
Terre Bormane comes from the north western Italian region of Liguria, the home of the Taggiasca Olive. With a unique micro-climate and terroir give the oil a unique flavour , perfectly balanced but with a noble simplicity.
Taggiasca Olive Paste is made from ripe Taggiasca olives from the finest olive groves in Italy. The olives are carefully selected and then pickled, stoned, crushed and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
Taggiasca Olive Paste is delicious simply spread on crostini or paired with goats cheese.
