Minus 8 Vinegar

Minus 8, creators of some of the finest ice wine vinegars and verjus's and named after the temperature the grapes are harvested at, are a family-owned company from Niagara, Canada. Located between two great lakes, the freezing winters and hot, sunny summers combine to create an incredible flavour.

Minus 8 vinegar uses grapes picked at minus 8 degrees and then barrel aged in French oak for years to give a deep amber colour and thick viscosity .

With a very complex, aromatic profile of tropical fruit, apple butter and vanilla and sweet and rich on the pallet with added notes of caramel and plum.

Minus 8 vinegar has an incredibly long finish and perfect as a finishing vinegar.

Comes in a 200ml bottle.
