Cobble Lane Cured is a London-based Charcuterie specialist that focus on using local British meats and a combination of European methods of curing to create meats that have the perfect taste and texture.

Sliced Bresaola is cured from the silverside of beef and aged for 2 months.

With an almost melt-in-the-mouth texture and intense, meaty flavour, Sliced Bresola pairs perfectly with strong Italian cheese such as Pecorino in salads or on bruschetta.

Once open, keep loosely wrapped in the refridgerator in greaseproof paper or similar, and consume within 7 days.
