Both events were a great occasion to meet our customers and people of the hospitality industry in person in the North West and the South West areas. It was fantastic to catch up with everyone and to showcase our premium products.

The guests had a great opportunity to taste our high quality ingredients and meet our specialists who were delighted to chat with everyone about the premium products including The Classic Butcher Richard Sanders and Mitch Hucks, Justyna Kurek from Classic Harvest, TheTasteLab Head of Culinary & Development and Pastry Chef Denis Dramé MCA, the caviar ‘queen’ Faustine Gaudier and our chocolate and pastry Specialist Sam Smallman.

We also had the honour to have some of our very much appreciated partners with us who were excited to share everything that is glorious about their products including the premium chocolates from Valrhona, the fine Scottish salmon and oysters from Loch Fyne, the technical pastry ingredients from Sosa and PCB Creation, the delicious artisan pastry from Bridor, the traditional dairy products from Isigny Ste Mere and the fine purees from Ponthier.

Since we opened the new hubs, we are able to have our own vans in the areas and be fully operational to provide our premium services to our outside London customers 5 days a week, and all chefs will have access to an expanding basket of produce that we could no offer before.

Our team and partners work hard to offer the best service to our customers and this was reflected on these two events which were very successful. We are very pleased with the feedback from our customers in the area and we hope to be able to organise more events in a near future!
