Beluga Huso Caviar (Non-stock Item)
Sturia are a pioneer in French caviar production, developing its own fish farms in Aquitaine, south west France, they ensure the highest levels of quality in the production controlling the full cycle from breeding to maturation.
At Sturia, roes are carefully selected, cleaned and bathed in slightly salted water. Beluga Huso Caviar is caviar exclusively from the Huso Huso sturgeon. The end product has a light and melt in the mouth texture with lasting creamy flavour and hints of hazelnut. Beluga Huso Caviar is a real showstopper with its dark, glossy appearance.
Enjoy this caviar with tuna tartar or simply on its own on blinis.
